Ingram Pictures

Scott and Carolyn own lot 35 in Lake Ingram Estates in Ingram, Texas. Ingram is about 8 miles due west of Kerrville in the Texas Hill Country. Lot 35 is 9.33 acres and is roughly rectangular in shape (530' across the front, 403' across the back and 830' deep).

The street is at an elevation of 1990 feet. Lot 35 has a spring-fed creek at the very back of the lot (elevation of 1850 feet). Beyond the back boundary of lot 35 a hill rises on the opposite side which provides a beautiful view. The lot is comprised primarily of cedars with a large number of oak trees. There are also several mature walnut trees growing along the creek bed on the lot.
